Any thoughts on a "site themes" library, allowing skinners to contribute?

I personally love the new WC2k5's WC logo, but the rest of the graphics...

...Could be better in my opinion. A LOT better. I sure hope the new site graphics gets a serious overhaul. The layout is fine.
